Scope and terms
Here's what applies to any project, before we talk price — short, no fine print.
Project scope
Each project is scoped to the tier you hired — Base, Panel, or System, as described in Services. Anything outside that scope gets quoted separately, it's not assumed included just because it looks small.
Before you pay
Final scope and price get confirmed in writing, over WhatsApp or email, before work starts and before any payment. Beyond that, reasonable scope and use limits apply, and if anything's unclear, what was confirmed there is what counts — not what came up in conversation.
Results
No specific outcomes are guaranteed — the work covers the system delivered, not what happens with the business afterward.
Timeline and retainer
Delivery dates are estimates — they can run a bit past what was expected, and I'll let you know if that happens. The retainer, when it applies, covers hosting and bug fixes — new features get quoted separately, like anything else outside scope.
Promotions
Active promos (like the 50% OFF that may be running right now) have a limited number of spots and a deadline, whichever comes first. Approval is pre-confirmed by email, with final confirmation happening during the quote, over email or WhatsApp.
