I'm Lucas, the developer responsible for every project. My background includes more than 10 years teaching English, where I learned to listen first and explain clearly, so you're never left with something you don't know how to use.
How I work
First diagnosis — what customers keep asking, how it's handled today —, then we pick the tier that fits, then it ships. The retainer keeps covering the site after that: this isn't a project that gets delivered and abandoned.

How do I get started?

What happens after the site goes live?
The monthly retainer covers hosting, bug fixes, and a small change allowance. Anything new outside the original scope gets quoted separately.
Do I need to know anything technical to manage the content?
No. The Panel tier includes a private panel built so you can edit text, photos, hours, and prices yourself, without depending on anyone.
How long does it take?
Depends on the tier: Base, 2–3 weeks; Panel, 4–6; System, 6–8. The clock starts once the 50% setup deposit is paid and I have your copy and photos.
How much does a project cost?
It starts at USD 400. The final price depends on the tier (Base, Panel, or System) and any integrations you add.
